Shipping
Our items are made to order.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Most orders ship within 3 weeks.  Your card will only be charged once the order ships.

Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

30 days from date of purchase you will receive a full refund. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If after 30 days and up to 60 days from the date of purchase, you are dissatisfied with the product, you may apply for a full refund. A reason for the refund must be provided and if we are unable to address the concern, a refund will be issued. Item must be in the same condition that you received it and not modified.

All returns must be accompanied with an issued Return Authorization Number prior to shipment.
